Rainbow Seagulls Cotton Candy Tie Dye Bucket Hat

Bring out the groove with this cotton candy tie dye bucket hat. The hat features an embroidered rectangle patch with a rainbow that transforms into seagulls with the words Rhode Island transcribed under the rainbow giving it a 70's throwback feel.  The hat is 100% cotton and has a color assortment of pink, light blue, and white.  It is part of the Retro Rhode Island Line.
